Engagement by position
Total questions answered (right, wrong, or timed out) — measures participation, not accuracy.
Accuracy by position
Per position. Timed out = opened the question but ran out of time. Not answered = never opened it that day.
Accuracy by topic
Percent correct in each question category, across everyone. The further a point sits
from the centre, the stronger the group is on that topic — so the dents are where
teaching would help most. Only topics that have actually been answered appear;
a topic nobody has reached yet is absent rather than showing as 0%.
By position
The same breakdown for each training level, so you can see whether a weak topic
is weak for everyone or only for one year. A position appears once someone at
that level has answered something.

Answer
Everything here is optional and hidden until the question is archived, then revealed with the correct answer the next day. Leave it all blank and residents simply see the correct answer.
New questions start as "Scheduled" — set status, start time, and end time from the card below after saving.

Master switch for the whole rotation. Pause freezes the
current question — it stays live and nothing advances. Stop
takes every question off the air, so the app shows "no question right now"
until you start it again. Neither one deletes anything.

🎲 Auto-Schedule Questions
Takes every "Unscheduled" question from the bank, spreads the
categories out so the same topic doesn't land on back-to-back
slots, then assigns each one a number, start time, and end time
automatically -- nudging past any time another question already
has booked. Anything already on the schedule is left completely
untouched.
📅 Schedule Overview
Every question that's on the schedule, in order — rebuilt fresh
from the real database every time this page loads, so it's always
accurate even after a reload. Drag the handle on any row to
reorder it, or click a row to jump straight to that question.

🏷️ Categories
The list every category dropdown reads from. Everything is stored in
UPPERCASE so the same topic typed three ways can't become three
separate groups in your charts. A bulk import adds any category it doesn't
recognise automatically.
One-off tidy-up for questions created before this rule — rewrites their category to
UPPERCASE so they stop showing as separate groups.

🔍 Raw Schedule Data
Shows exactly what's stored in the database — every question's real status,
start and end timestamps, straight from Firestore with none of this page's
own formatting in the way. When something looks wrong anywhere else in the
dashboard, check here first: it's the one view that can't be lying to you.

⚙️ Scoring
Points deducted when a resident never opens a question while it's live.
Timing out is not penalised — that still counts as showing up
(0 points, streak kept). Only a complete no-show is docked, and it breaks the streak.
Applies to questions that expire from now on; it is not retroactive.

From Qbank/TICI_QBank_TEMPLATE.xlsx, select and copy columns
A through I (Category → Answer Explanation) and paste below.
Anything past column I is reference material and is ignored.
Categories are stored in UPPERCASE, and any category not already on the list
is added automatically.
Spreadsheet apps separate cells with tabs and rows with line breaks
automatically when you copy a range, so no file upload is needed.
